Meet Aditi
I'm an Ayurvedic Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and wellness educator passionate about helping people feel their best through personalized, sustainable lifestyle practices.
My journey into Ayurveda and yoga began after struggling with my own health. In my early twenties, I was diagnosed with PCOS and experienced symptoms like constant bloating, hirutism, cystic acne, hair loss, irregular periods, weight gain, insulin resistance, anxiety, and just feeling really disconnected from my body. While conventional medicine offered ways to manage my symptoms, I found myself searching for a deeper understanding of why they were happening and what I could do to support my body long-term.
That search led me to yoga therapy, where I began to experience the powerful connection between movement, breath, stress, and overall health. As I continued learning, I discovered Ayurveda, and everything started to click. Rather than viewing symptoms as something to suppress, Ayurveda taught me to understand my body's signals and address the root causes through nutrition, daily routines, movement, rest, and lifestyle.
Over time, I was able to naturally support my health through simple, consistent changes that worked with my body instead of against it. More importantly, I realized that true wellness isn't about perfection or following rigid rules, but rather about creating habits that are sustainable, personalized, and supportive of your unique needs.
Today, my mission is to make Ayurveda and yoga feel approachable, modern, and realistic for everyday life. I believe wellness shouldn't feel overwhelming or all-consuming. It doesn't require expensive supplements, complicated routines, or striving for perfection. Instead, I help people build a strong foundation through food, movement, stress management, sleep, and intentional daily habits that support lasting health.
Whether you're looking to improve your overall wellbeing, better understand your body, or create healthier habits that actually last, my goal is to provide personalized guidance that helps you feel supported, empowered, and confident in caring for your health.
My story and goal
Over time, I've been able to support my body naturally through food, movement, lifestyle shifts, stress management, and daily rituals that feel nourishing rather than restrictive.
Today, my goal is to make Ayurveda and yoga feel approachable, modern, and realistic for everyday life. I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, create supportive routines, and build a healthier relationship with wellness that feels grounding instead of overwhelming.
